Airport pickups · for hotels
Finnedeg gives an arriving guest and your driver a fast, no-app way to spot each other at the exit — even when neither has met before. It plugs into your booking system in one call.
A tired traveller in a new country, a driver with a paper sign, and a crowd between them. Minutes of confusion, missed connections, and the occasional no-show — before the guest has even left the airport.
One name on cardboard, lost among forty others, easy to walk straight past.
A fresh SIM, no roaming, a number the guest never saved. The phone isn't the answer at the exit.
Two strangers with no way to say "I'm the one in the blue jacket, by gate 4" that the other can actually act on.
Your system creates the meetup at booking time. The guest and driver each get a link. At arrivals, both see the same bright token and confirm with a quick scan — no app to install, nothing to type.
When a guest books airport pickup, your backend calls POST /api/partner/session with the pickup time. You get back a guest link and a driver link.
The guest link goes in your confirmation message; the driver link goes to dispatch. The meetup stays dormant until close to arrival, then activates on its own.
Both open their link at the exit and see a matching full-screen token. One scans the other's code to confirm it's the right person — then they meet.
No SDK to embed, no app for guests to download. Create a session, send two links. Done.
No location tracking, no flight records stored. Each meetup self-expires after pickup.
No roaming, no local SIM, no shared phone number needed. It works on airport wifi.
Created at booking, but it only goes live near the pickup window — and you can check or cancel any session.
A quick code scan confirms the guest and driver have actually found each other — not a look-alike.
The guest sees your hotel on screen, so a link before international travel feels expected, not suspicious.
Tell us about your pickup volume and booking system, and we'll set you up with an API key and walk your team through the integration.
